Tribute Mix - Spring Heel Jack

This is the 1st in a series of mixes to various artists I can be arsed to tribute because they stand above the rest.

John Coxon and Ashley Wales as Spring Heel Jack produced a really distinctive brand of electronic-centric music in the mid 90s through to the mid 2000s. Although I primarily knew them through their forays into Drum & Bass they also made really superb music of lower tempos. Always melodic, often dubby and avante garde - they never sold out. They merely moved on into musical territories that I am yet to discover or appreciate. Due to the extent of my appreciation for their output I'm really sorry I fucked up this mix a couple of times. Hopefully the music saves the day.
